We are ready to provide repair services for electronic equipment of any complexity (monitors, laptops, servers, etc.).

The main task of the service center – is to ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed.

Service center specialist:

  • Performs commissioning, repair, regular maintenance, installation and dismantling of equipment;
  • Conducts the initial briefing for the customer's operator;
  • Analyzes and maintains a stock of spare parts in a dedicated operational warehouse at the level necessary and sufficient to ensure the minimum recovery time for equipment;
  • Ensures the correct and lawful use of spare parts and consumables under service contracts based on the technical documentation requirements and manufacturer's recommendations;
  • Carries out work to ensure the effective operation of computer equipment, reception and transmission of information;
  • Conducts test validation and routine inspections of equipment for the purpose of early detection of faults and their elimination, adjustment and commissioning of components and machinery units, separate units and units involved in conducting preventive and routine maintenance..
  • Periodically improves her/his qualifications at the training center.
